Welcome to RG Friends Denmark! What is RG Friends Denmark? RG Friends Denmark is an association supporting and promoting development of Rhythmic Gymnastics in Denmark. RG is a very small discipline in Denmark compared to football, handball and even badminton. And that’s a pity because RG is much more than sport. RG is high performance, RG is dance, RG is almost art. Rhythmic Gymnastics is a combination of aesthetic, dance and gymnastics, paired with musicality, apparatus mastery and artistry. The discipline requires thousands of training hours, passion, hard work and perseverance  and…a lot of support! The purpose of RG Friends Denmark is to promote and create awareness of RG and to support the development of the discipline in Denmark through activities. RG Friends brings news, information and articles about RG and offers different activities such as trainings, camps, Master Classes. We have also since 2017 organised the international competition RG Friends Masters. You can follow us on Facebook RGFriends or Instagram rgfriendsdk or our YouTube channel where we have uploaded many videos from Danish competitions and RG Friends Masters. We would like to work with sponsors in order to support our activities in particular camps, Master Classes and competitions.  Everyone with a passion or interest in Rhytmic Gymnastics in Denmark and who would like to support our work are welcome as a member!
